This amazingly successful non-profit helps both children and adults with developmental disabilities manifest long-term success through self-esteem building exercises, after school classes and mentoring programs. Mychal’s Learning Place is a South Bay treasure and regularly hosts local events to raise funds for a variety of community programs. Come show some support and holiday jeer.

The Santa Stroll is part of a worldwide competition for the most Santas gathered in one location. Community leaders, parents, children and even their pets, all gather and dress up in Santa outfits to fundraise for local organizations. This year, Mychal’s Learning Place intends on dominating the World Santa Competition, and we’re all here to help them.

Those in attendance include, Edward Lynch (Executive Director and Founder of Mychal’s Learning Place) and their students, Councilperson Haidar Awad, city officials and sponsors. We encourage South Bay residents to come out in force to help fundraising efforts and show community support for our beloved Mychal’s Learning Place. This is a family event and will include a variety of holiday festivities for all to enjoy.
